Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015, we would like to inform you that with reference to Prohibition order issued by regulatory authority against Mr. Vipul Lathi (DIN 05173313) He decided to step down from his position as Managing Director of Company. However, He will continue to serve the Company in the capacity of Non-Executive Director. His role will be transitioned from Executive Director to Non-Executive Director.
