We regret to inform you of the sudden and sad demise of Mr. Mukesh Patel, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company, on Sunday 28th January,2024. Mr. Patel was appointed on the Board of the company on November 11,2014 and played crucial leadership roles through his long career at Gallops Enterprise Limited; the Company immensely benefited from his vision and leadership during his tenure. His sudden and unexpected passing away will be an irreparable loss to the company and all the directors and employees of the company convey deep sympathy, sorrow and condolences to his family.
