Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015,as amended from time to time and Company''s code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in securities,this is to inform that the trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of the company by the insiders covered under Company''s Code of Internal Procedures and conduct for prevention of Insider Trading in securities will be closed from Monday,April 01,2024 till 48 hours after the declaration and publication of audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31,2024. The above closure has been intimated based on BSE Circular no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02,2019-Clarification regarding trading restriction period and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Second Amendment) Regulations,2019.
