Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we inform you that Gactel Turnkey Projects Limited, wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company has been admitted for corporate insolvency resolution process by National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai bench under Section 9 of Insolvency And Bankruptcy Code, 2016. The NCLT has vide its order appointed Mr. Kumar Raghavan as an interim resolution professional.
