The unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2019 on account of the following reasons:<BR> <BR> 1. During the current quarter, key employees from the Accounts' department conversant with the Company operations and accounting finalization have left the services of the Company due to which standalone and consolidated financial results could not be finalized for which the Company's management has been making intense efforts to meet compliance requirement at least by due date. Since quarter ended 30th June 2019, companies are mandated to submit consolidated financial results along-with standalone financial results, which the Company with bare minimum team is finding challenging to finalize and submit within the due date. In view of the extra-ordinary circumstances as mentioned above, we request you to take lenient view in the above matter. The Company is already making all the efforts to finalize and publish the Financial Results with due notice.<BR>
