We hereby inform you that in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Insider Trading read with applicable provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation,2015 the Trading Window for dealing in the Company' s Equity Shares by all the Directors, Promoters, officers , Designated Employees and other connected persons such as auditors , consultants and their immediate relatives shall remain closed from Thursday, April 01,2021 and will open 48 hours after the announcement of the Audited Financial Results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended on 31st March,2021 to the Exchanges.<BR> The date of Board Meeting for approval and adoption of the Audited Financial Results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended on 31st March, 2021 will be intimated to the Exchanges in due course.
