This is to inform you that the Company has, through letter dated September 06, 2021, received observations from the Securities and Exchange Board of India on the Draft Letter of Offer dated August 12, 2021, in relation to the Buyback Offer for buyback of equity shares upto 7,66,616 equity shares of the Company.<BR> <BR> In accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Buy-Back of Securities) Regulations, 2018, please find enclosed the copy of the Letter of Offer along with the Tender Forms / Transfer Deed (Form SH-4) in relation to the Buyback Offer.<BR> <BR> You are requested to take note of the schedule of activities in relation to the Buyback Offer as per the attachment<BR>
