Gandhi Special Tubes Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 28, 2019, inter alia, to transact the followmg business:<BR><BR>1. To consider and approve the Audited Financial results for the quarter and year ended as on March 31, 2019 and the<BR>Auditor's Report thereon along with the Statement of Assets and Liabilities as on March 31, 2019.<BR><BR>2. To recommend final dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2018-2019.<BR><BR>3. To consider Buy back of the fully paid up equity shares of the Company including matters related/incidental thereto<BR><BR>The Trading Window for dealing in securities of Gandhi Special Tubes Ltd is under closure from April 10, 2019. It is now notified that the trading window shall remain closed up to May 30, 2019 for all the persons to whom the Insider Trading code is applicable.
