Dear Sir/ Ma'am,<BR> <BR> Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are pleased to inform that the Company has incorporated a Wholly Owned Subsidiary in the name of 'GANESHA ECOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED' (CIN: U37100UP2020PTC138065) on November 17, 2020. <BR> <BR> The details as required under the aforesaid regulation read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015, are given as Annexure A.<BR> <BR> Further, in furtherance to our intimation dated October 30, 2020 regarding acquisition of M/s. Ganesha Spinners Private Limited (CIN: U17299UP2020PTC127149), we wish to inform that the Company has decided not to go ahead with the acquisition of M/s. Ganesha Spinners Private Limited.<BR> <BR> Kindly take the above on record and oblige. <BR>
