Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015, Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons, Connected Person and their Immediate Relative(s) with effect from Tuesday, 01st April 2025 till the expiry of 48 hours after the Declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2025. The date of Board meeting for consideration of Audited Financial Results will be intimated in due course. Intimation for Closure of Trading window has been attached herewith.
