| The Board Meeting to be held on 12/11/2021 has been revised to 13/11/2021 This is to inform you that meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, which is scheduled to be held on Friday, 12th Nov, 2021, inter alia, to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2021 has been rescheduled to be held on Saturday, 13th Nov, 2021 due to unavoidable circumstances. <BR> <BR> Further, in terms of the Company's 'Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Fair disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information' and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from 01st October, 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2021. Thus, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from 01st October, 2021 to 15 November, 2021.<BR> | |
