The Board Meeting to be held on 21/03/2024 has been revised to 26/03/2024 This has reference to our letter No. SECY/GRSE/BD 69/CA/31/2023-24 dated 12 Mar 2024 on the subject matter of 'Intimation of Reschedule of Date of Board Meeting to, inter alia, consider and approve, increase in the Authorised Share Capital of the Company and consequent amendment in the Memorandum of Association of the Company' This is to inform you that due to unavoidable circumstances, meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, which is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 21st March, 2024, has been rescheduled and now will be held on Tuesday, 26th March, 2024.
