we have to inform you that the shares have been reported lost/misplaced and registered holder/legal heirs threof have applied to the Company for issunace of duplicate shares certificates/Confirmation letter. Documents duly completed in all respects were on 03.04.2024 Any person who has/have claim in respect of the shares mentioned above may lodge such claims with the Company with in 15 days from the date of Communication, failing which the Company will proceed to issue Letter of Confirmation in lieu physical duplicate share certificate as per SEBI Guidelines in respect of the said shares
