Road, Ludhiana inter-alia to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Three Months ended June 30, 2024 Disclosure of Trading Window: The Company has already intimated to the Stock Exchange on June 28, 2024 that the Trading Window of the Company for trading/dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from Monday, July 01, 2024 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Three Months ending June 30, 2024. | |
