The Board of Directors in their meeting held today on 08th July 2024, has approved of the following: 1. To consider the increase the Authorized Capital of the company and alteration of Share Capital clause of the Memorandum of Association. 2. To consider and approve the issue of Bonus shares out of Free reserves and Securities Premium Account 3. To convene the Extra - Ordinary General Meeting of the company on Saturday, 03rd August, 2024 to approve the Issue of Bonus Shares 4. Appointment of Mr. Vasudevan, Practicing Company Secretary to act as Scrutinizer for the E-voting Process.
