Dear sir/ma''am, As per SEBI(PIT) (Amendement) Regulation, 2018 the " Trading Restriction period " shall be made applicable from the end of every quarter till 48 hours from the declaration of Financial Results. In view of aforesaid, it is hereby intimated that the trading window of the company shall remain closed from October 01, 2023 and shall be opened 48 hours after the declaration of Un- Audited Results along with Limited Review Report thereon of the company for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2023. Kindly take note of the same.
