With reference to the captioned subject matter and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 ('Listing Regulations') read with Point 7 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the said regulations, please be informed that Mr. Deepak Kumar, Nominee Director of the Company has tendered his resignation from the post of Nominee Director of the Company with effect from 06th June, 2022 as stated in the resignation letter dated 10th August, 2022 pursuant to sub paragraph (iii) of Paragraph 6.3 of the Resolution Plan approved by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal ('NCLT') vide order dated 19th May, 2022.
