We wish to inform that in accordance with the provisions of the SEBI PIT Regulations 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company by the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall close from Sunday, 01st October, 2023 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th September, 2023. The date of board meeting for declaration of the financial results shall be intimated.
