Pursuant to provision of SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading)Regulations,2015 and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading)(Amendment)Regulation,2018 and further clarification issued by the Stock Exchange in this regard and insider trading policy adopted by the Company(as amended),we wish to inform that the "Trading Window " for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for insiders with effect from 1st March,2024 until 48 hours after declaration of audited financial result for the year ended as on 31st March,2024 During the closure of trading window,insiders have been communicated not to deal in securities of the Company.
