| GE Power India Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 26/05/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 26 May 2023, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31 March 2023 and to consider recommendation of dividend, if any, for the financial year ended 31 March 2023. In compliance with Clause 9 of the 'GE Power India Limited: Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons' please note that, the "Trading Window" has already been closed with effect from 01 April 2023 and shall continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31 March 2023 are made public. | |
