General Insurance Corporation Of Indiahas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/08/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve We wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Corporation is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, August 10, 2022, through Video Conference, inter alia: 1. To consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter/period ended June 30, 2022; 2. To transact any other matter which the Board may deem fit. Further, in terms of "The Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading-2022", the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Corporation, which is under closure from 1st July, 2022, shall remain closed till August 12, 2022.
