We refer to our earlier letter GIC Re/SE/2022-23/CTW-4 dated March 30, 2022 regarding Closure of Trading Window for FY 2022-23. As communicated earlier, kindly note that the trading window for dealing in the securities of General Insurance Corporation of India (GICRE) shall remain closed from Sunday January 1, 2023 till 48 hours after Unaudited Financial Results of the Corporation for the Quarter ended December 31, 2022 are communicated to the Stock Exchanges. The date of Board Meeting to consider the aforesaid Results shall be informed to the Stock Exchanges in due course.
