Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that Mr. Inderjeet Singh, General Manager & Director of the Corporation, has applied for retirement under Voluntary Retirement Scheme (VRS). It may further be noted that the effective date of his cessation alongwith disclosure required in pursuance of SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 09 September 2015, will be intimated in due course.
