| Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Ministry of Finance vide Letter F. No. A-11011/12/2022-Ins.I dated 24th March 2023 has conveyed that the Central Government, in exercise of its powers under Article No. 76 of the Articles of Association of the Corporation, has appointed Ms. Vinita Kumari as part-time non-official Director of the Corporation with immediate effect for a period of three years or until further orders, whichever is earlier. Ms. Vinita Kumari is not related to any of the existing Directors of the Corporation and is not debarred from holding office of Director by virtue of any SEBI Order or any other authority. Her brief profile is attached herewith. Kindly take the same on record. | |
