With reference to the captioned subject and pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please be informed that Mr. Ashok Amara (ACS: 55801) has resigned from the office of Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 08th April, 2022. Consequent to his resignation as Company Secretary of the Company, he also ceases to be the Compliance Officer of the Company as per Regulation 6 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations.
