The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of the Directors of Company, at its meeting held on July 05, 2024 has granted 1,15,000 stock options to its eligible employees, in terms of the Company''s ESOP Scheme - 2022. One Stock option grant represents one equity shares of Rs. 5/- each of the Company. The aforesaid option were granted at exercise price of Rs. 470 to Rs. 480 per equity shares, which is at discount of 22.57% to 20.92% to the closing price of the company''s equity share on the NSE Ltd on July 04, 2024.
