We wish to inform that in pursuance of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company''s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed with immediate effect (i.e., October 01, 2020) till 48 hours after the public announcement through Board of Directors in their Meeting held for announcing the Unaudited Quarterly and Half Yearly Financial Results for the period ended September 30, 2020 along with other matters for which trading window is required to be closed. <BR> <BR> We request you to take the above information on record and acknowledge the receipt of the same.<BR>
