| Getalong Enterprise Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 21/08/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve that a meeting a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 21st August, 2023 at 02.00 p.m. at Registered Office of the Company at Office No. 307-308, Yogeshwar, 135/139, Kazi Sayed Street, Masjid Bunder West, Mumbai 400003 to transact the following Business(es) -1. Approval for sale of subsidiary company i.e. M/s. Adrian Trading Private Limited by sale of 49,500 equity shares held by Getalong Enterprise Limited thereby ceasing to make it a subsidiary of Getalong Enterprise Limited under Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Lisitng Regulations') 2.
