Pursuant to the Company''s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated persons in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended by the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading)(Amendment) Regulations, 2018, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed with effect from 01st October, 2023 for the purpose of consideration and approval of un-audited Financial Results for the half year ended 30th September, 2023. The Trading Window shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the said un-audited financial results, when the information becomes generally available. During the aforesaid closed trading window, the Employees, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall not trade in Company''s share/securities.
