Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI(LODR), Regulations, 2015, we are extremely delighted to inform you that, in view of Government''s push towards digitization in Tax Compliance and monitoring, along with adoption of new technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), our Company has initiated the process of developing a "Mobile App" for filing of Income Tax returns exclusively for Individual Taxpayers in India and has therefore applied for registration of Trade Name "TAX WIT" with Office of the Controller General of Patents, Designs, Trademarks Department along with the Logo given.
