This is to inform you that as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed with effect from 1st January, 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and nine monthended on 31st December, 2022.
