GIC Housing Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 18, 2022, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend for F.Y. 2021-22 @ 45 % i.e. Rs. 4.5/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each (Subject to approval of shareholders in ensuing 32nd AGM).<BR>
