| Gilada Finance & Investments Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/02/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, 12th February, 2024 at 11:30 a.m. through video conferencing (Zoom), inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2023. In continuation to our letter dated 31st December, 2023 and in terms of the Code of Conduct of the Company for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons and Immediate Relatives of Designated persons ("the Code"), the Trading Window for transactions in the equity shares of the Company has been already closed from 1st January, 2024 and will remain closed up to 14th February, 2024 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of announcement of aforesaid unaudited Financial Results. You are requested to take the above information on your records and disseminate the same on your website. | |
