Pursuant to provisions of SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015 and company''s Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders this is to inform you that the Trading Window for trading/ dealing in Equity Shares of the company will remain closed from 1st April 2024 till 48 hours after declaration of Audited Financial Results for quarter and financial year ending 31st March 2024. During the closure of trading window all designated persons of the company have been advised not to deal in equity shares of the company. The date of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the company which will be schedules for approving the Audited Financial Results for quarter and financial year ending 31st March 2024 will be intimated in due course. Accordingly all the Board Members, connected persons and designated persons are advised not to trade in the securities of the company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
