| Gilada Finance & Investments Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 24/05/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on 24th May, 2024 at 11:30 a.m. at the registered office of the Company, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended on 31st March, 2024. In continuation to our letter dated 28th March, 2024 and in terms of the Code of Conduct of the Company for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons and Immediate Relatives of Designated persons ("the Code"), the Trading Window for transactions in the equity shares of the Company has been already closed from 1st April, 2024 and will remain closed up to 26th May, 2024 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of announcement of aforesaid audited Financial Results.
