We would like to inform you that the 37th Annual General Meeting of the Company is to be held on Tuesday, November 23, 2021 through Video Conferencing/Other Audio-visual means, in compliance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India due to the current COVID-19 pandemic.<BR> We would further like to inform you that the Register of Members and Share Transfer books shall remain closed from Wednesday, November 17, 2021, to Tuesday, November 23, 2021 (both days inclusive) for the purposes of Annual General Meeting and payment of dividend for the year ended June 30, 2021, if approved by members at the 37th Annual General Meeting.<BR> The notice convening the 37th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be provided in due course of time.Kindly take the same on record and oblige.<BR>
