| Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015, based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on Friday, June 28, 2024 has taken the following decision to reappoint Mr. Deepak Vishwanath Harlalka (DIN:00170335) as the Managing Director of the Company for a period of 3 (three) years w.e.f. July 01, 2024 subject to the approval of the members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting. | |
