Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the trading window for dealing in Equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from July 01, 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2024.
The date of meeting of Board of Directors to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2024 will be informed in due course.
