| GKB OPHTHALMICS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/02/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2022. The Notice can be accessed at the Company''s website at www.gkb.net Further, notice is hereby given with reference to the above meeting of the Board of Directors, that the Trading Window for dealing with equity shares of the Company, by designated persons, under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, has been closed from January 01, 2023 till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of the said financial results of the Company. The Trading Window shall now re-open on Friday, February 17, 2023. This communication has been sent to all the Directors and all the designated employees of the Company. | |
