| Pursuant to Regulation 30 , SEBI ( Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, enclosed please find the revised disclosure pertaining to the resignation of Mr. Subhash Redkar as Executive / Whole Time Director due to his immediate appointment without any Notice period as Principal in Industrial Training Institute, Senior Gazetted Officer, in Government of Goa and thereby resulting in delay in intimation. Enclosed is the resignation of Mr. Subhash Redkar. The Board of Directors in its meeting held on March 19, 2024, accepted the said resignation and reconstituted the Committees of the Board as per the enclosed disclosure.
