Pursuant to provision of Regulation 7(2) read with Regulation 6(2) of SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, intimation be and is hereby given that Mr. Gurudas Sawant Chief Financial Officer(KMP) of the Company, has purchased 425 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 40,336/- on 19.06.2024,of the Company,on market.
