The Trading Window for all designated persons defined in the Code inter alia for the purpose of taking on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2023, in terms of provison of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regualtion , 2015 and Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company shall remain colsed for dealing in shares of the Company form Saturday October ,01 2023 till 48 Hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2023 Accordingly all connected persons/designated persons are advised not to trade in securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading window. The date of meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the qurter and half year ended September, 30, 2023 will be informed in due course.
