In compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requriements Regulations, 2015 and based on the recommendations of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee the Board of Directos at their meeting held today ie. August 14, 2024 has appointed Mr. Ashley Roy as Chief Executive Officer for further period of Two (2) years starting from August 14, 2024 to August 13, 2026 (both days inclusive) as per the Contract of Employment whichever is earlier.
