Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30, 34, 42 and 44 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and further to our letter dated September 02, 2024 informing about the 26th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company scheduled to be held on Wednesday, September 25, 2024 at 11.00 hours (1ST) through Video Conference ("VC")/Other Audio Visual Means ("OAVM") in compliance with circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and SEBI, we wish to inform the following: 1.
