| In compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulation, 2015 (''Listing Regulations'') we inform you about the resignation of Mr. Narayan Vasudeo Prabhutendulkar (DIN 00869913) from the office of Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company with effect from close of business hours on 31st March, 2025 citing pre-occupation and other personal commitments . Consequently, he shall also cease to be a Chairman of the Audit Committee and Member of Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company. The letter of resignation received form Mr. Narayan Vasudeo Prabhutendulkar is enclosed herewith. The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Requlations, 2015 read with Schedule III - Para A(7B) of Part A of the Listing Regulations (as applicable) and SEBI Circular bearing Ref.
