As per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 (including Second Amendment in the said Regulations dated July 25, 2019), the "Trading restriction period" shall be made applicable from the end of every quarter till 48 hours from the declaration of Financial Results. In view of the aforesaid, it is hereby intimated that the trading window of the Company shall remain closed after the Trading Hours of BSE on Friday, March 29, 2024 (March 30 & 31 Saturday and Sunday respectively) and shall be opened 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results along with Audit Report thereon of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2024. The date of the Board Meeting in which the Audited Financial Results along with Audit Report will be considered, shall be intimation to you in due course.
