As per SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2018 (Including second amendment in the said regulations dated July 25, 2019), the "trading restriction period" shall be made applicable from the end of every quarter till 48 hours from the declaration of Financial Results. In view of the aforesaid, it is hereby intimated that the trading window of the Company shall remain closed from Tuesday, July 01, 2025 and shall be opened 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results along with Limited review report for Quarter ended June 30, 2025
