This is to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 30 and Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015; the Board of Directors, at its meeting held today i.e. on November 13, 2025, through video conferencing deemed to be held at 605, 6th Floor, Rupa Solitaire Building, Millennium Business Park, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, 400110, considered and approved the following:
a. The Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025, prepared on a Standalone & Consolidated basis, along with Limited Review Report pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Securities Exchange and Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
