Dear Sir / Madam, Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that the Company intends to venture into infrastructure development space and for carrying out the same activity intends to incorporate a wholly owned subsidiary 'BUILDFORT INFRADEV PRIVATE LIMITED' The details as required as per SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015 is annexed as Annexure-A. The meeting started at 11.30AM and ended at 12:25 PM.
