GOCL Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 30, 2020, inter alia, has recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 2.00 per share (100%) for the financial year 2019- 20. This is in addition to the Special Interim Dividend of Rs. 2.00 per share (100%) declared in September 2019 and already paid in October 20l9.The said final dividend shall be paid to the eligible shareholders within thirty (30) days from the date of approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.
